Room with a kitchen and refrigerator! Loved the room and shower but there’s 2 coffee tables that’s not really needed. 1 small one would be sufficient as it takes up space. Good location near train stations and 7-11 right across the street. Lots of eating places too.

Awesome hotel with a huge park with attentive staff and good onsen, spa and pool .. many restaurants (very expensive though)
Close enough to subway station Edogawabashi via pleasant walk along cherry tree lined canal - about 1 km .. pleasant without luggage during day and at night using rear exit off hotel

It’s not very close to the train, but not very far also. Not that many good options around. The room is nice and big. Love the washing machine. The beds or pics a bit misleading, but keep in mind the 2 doubles are real twin size bed so only 1 person per bed, they did set up the 3rd bed on the double deck. Overall it was nice. Next time I may pick something much closer to the train stations
