Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.

The hotel is really lovely - the staff is so caring and attentive. The room was small but had all we needed . The locations great too . We dined in the restaurant for dinner and it was excellent food and service . I would highly recommend when visiting Ho Chi Minh and we would love to stay again
