Messaging with staff was easy and they were responsive. The room was clean and close to main area. The bedding was very uncomfortable and the room was noisy at night due to street noise

Water pressure was horribly aggressive. Somehow too much??? Never thought I’d say that. And the hot water in the sink was dangerously hot, even when not turned up all the way. The bed sheets were quite rough, but they did have the cool Japanese pillows! Black out curtains were more effective than most. Unfortunately, one morning when I was trying to forward my luggage, the front desk staff did not seem fully familiar with the process and I ended up missing my train due to her completing wrong ppw first (to airport instead of hotel) and I had to pay 5000 yen for a taxi to catch my Shinkansen

The room was spotless, and Comfortable. But what was best about this place is staff were amazing! Everyone was so nice! They helped me with everything.

Overall pretty good, its high level, lots of staff, maybee too many. Sometimes feels like your being watched too often. Overall good, plenty of breakfast options, dont like seats been chosen for us, but its normal in Japan so no main issues. Some ammenities still require further fees and extra taxes once at the motel is not good.

It is a very nice stay except the front desk clerk was not helpful with his limited English. Otherwise, Marriot Associa is at great location, well-maintained, known to be a high -end hotel in Nagoya Japan. The sauna is also a great place to visit. However, I would like to know Marriot charge extra for entry per person per day. I would rate this hotel 5 stars on every aspect.
