Location is good. For the price paid, it was a good value. However, this property has seen better days...long ago. Room was good, but very outdated. TV but no channels, no news, cable, etc… Only Netflix if you have your own account. The pool looks great in the pictures but is a big disappointment. The water was clear and clean BUT there are no pool chairs, nowhere to set your towel or stuff except on the broken concrete around the pool. Pool area is falling apart, very sad. No pool towels. No adult supervision. Children running wild diving into the pool splashing people. Check in was chaos. It appears the building has a dozen different names. Online apps, phone maps and taxi drivers can't find it as this is NOT the name of the building. To check in I was directed to a side desk in the lobby, not the main desk. There appear to be several hotel businesses and apartments all renting out rooms in the same building. No one really seemed to be in charge. Fortunately I needed no assistance during my stay as I'm sure it would have been complex.

While some equipment were aged, hotel room and equipments in the room were kept clean. However, the bathroom of the public area such as ground level and leobby were not kept clean. Most likely some of the customers not using properly, but I didn’t like it.

So great stays

We stayed here for 2 nights at end of June 2026. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff that we encountered were very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast there both days and ate in the restaurant on the final night. The food was OK but not stunning and the breakfast buffet had a reasonable range of foodstuffs. There's a limited range of restaurants and cafes outside at street level also. And there is also an OK pool area with a bar that also serves food if desired. Our 1st night was a Sunday and there was loud music coming from somewhere outside and a very vocal compere/DJ making sleeping impossible until midnight.Thankfully it did not happen the following day. Our side of the hotel was also next to the junction of the NAIA Expressway and Terminal Bypass Road. If you're a light sleeper, lack of soundproofing might be a problem for you. I guess you're mainly considering the hotel due to its proximity to Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Well, I can tell you it is very close and the journey takes about 5 to 10 minutes by car. Just be aware that a Grab taxi (you'll need an app') cost us PHP 100 at midday on a Tuesday. (Dynamic pricing is in use) for a 6 seat car whereas the proper hotel shuttle is priced at PHP 1950 for a van and PHP 1350 for a car, as of June 2026. If you were to stay at a 'sister' hotel, the Belmont, it has a connecting bridge that takes you straight into NAIA T3. It takes 25 to 35 minutes to travel to SM Mall of Asia.

My daughter and I loved this hotel! We will definitely try to rebook here again if we can. The room was accomodated to what we needed so it was perfect and if there was something missing you just had to ask. They had a wide range for breakfast and catered to your Mediterranean close to you english breakfast (not quite there) but a lovely try. The swimming pool was also lovely which had a great seating area. We also loved that there was a supermarket right next to us, which you can even access through the hotel. The location was great for where we needed to stay, but everything is definitely accessible whether you take a cab or walk.
