The restaurants were way too costly for the absolute horrible service. Food was good at the restaurants, but the waiters, waitresses were not accommodating, even pool servers were not that attentive. The wait times for the restaurants were horribly long even when we had reservations. We as for room service and didn't get it always when asked, we had to ask for towels many times to the room. No complimentary water was given. On top of that we were not given out $30 food and beverage comp that was supposed to be given because of our platinum VIP membership with expedia. Not very great accommodations around the board unfortunately.

I found a BED BUG crawling on me and checked out early. Do not stay here! In edition to the BED BUGS, the property is way more run down than the pictures on the site show. I claims to be a 4 star hotel, it is not, it is a zero star hotel. Also the air conditioner was spotty at best.

Paid for the resort fee during checkout via Expedia for the hotel. Hotel staff argued with several groups (several groups were having the same issue during checkout in as us) that it did not matter and that they would have to pay for the resort fee again. The manager was very helpful and friendly however. Great location.
