We were not given a balcony. We didn't drive so didn't use the garage but transportation was very easily obtained. They had a mineral water machine near the use which was great.
The handicapped room was large, clean, and mostly quiet. Had my Aunt been alone she wouldn't have been able to open the bathroom door. There was a button on the wall that did nothing and the door would not stay open. Also, the chair by the window is not safe for a person that can't walk as it is a center rod and tipped easily. It should be a chair with 4 legs.
