first of all, the valet is too expensive, the one that told us about how much was the valet was rude. there's no microwave or coffee counter in our room, the AC took forever to work and the arrangement of the bed is not good coz the air from the AC is not rotating in the whole room, it's only on the wall. I was not happy at all.

Rooms were clean with zero basic amenities. I don’t find a logic/reason behind not keeping either a coffee machine, or a kettle, or microwave. We had to waste the food just because we couldn’t heat it up as there are no microwave in the room, nor anywhere in the property. Felt weird to see, room without basic stuff.

$20 Daily parking fee for guest was not great on top of the $50 a day resort fee.

The room was definitely showing signs of age, automatic blinds didn’t work properly, sink had tons of limescale build up, mini fridge was noisy. Housekeeping didn’t come one day.

Overall, it's a good place to stay, and I enjoyed my visit. However, the room rates were quite expensive during my stay. I noticed that prices are significantly lower on other dates, so it's worth checking different dates if your travel plans are flexible
