Overall a good and clean location

The rooms around the pool are always well furnished and comfortable. Great bed & pillows! The balcony and sofa is very comfy. The gym and tennis courts work well The go-karts next to the hotel are noisy at times, so best to avoid those rooms.

Our room was great all the bells and whistles. It was the staff who made our stay great though. I would like to thank Paris, App, and way to many to thank in this review

Well furnished room and spotlessly clean. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. In a fantastic location with its own beach.

Where the facility was nice I was not offered a VIP room upgrade or a 20% discount on food and beverage and was told they were unavailable so I paid ฿8000 for drink package at the bar and told I could not put it on my room charge and then charged additionally for extras without a 20% discount a great facility if you have the pockets
