Tean Island Adventure Vacations

Secluded area meaning lovely quiet beach away from tourists, will need to hire bike/car to get around as it not walkable. We loved our stay, it is a very quiet family run hotel. The staff are lovely but sometimes hard to find anyone maybe a low season thing. We stayed in beachfront villa which was very big, bathroom/shower was outside which is cute but attached lots of mosquitoes. Coiled were lit daily but they do run out/don’t stop all.

Staff were great and the breakfast was good, the beach was quite nice also. The rooms were in need of refurbishment and the bedding was not up to scratch. Maintenance appeared to be an issue from what I saw. I would unfortunately not stay again given with conditions as they are.

The room was good. Comfy beds and a clean more updated room. We were on the main floor and the light coming in from the pool area at night was quite bright and we had lots of smokers around which leaked into our room. The pictures of this placed looked really good and the pool looking onto the water is nice. However, the staff seemed to lack attention towards their guests. Each day we were there, there was a new issue in the hotel with guests frustrated. Our check in and check out process was slow. Breakfast that is included was good each morning so that was a highlight. The staff however at the pool bar and around the pool didn’t seem to be interested in taking care of their guests. They have a pool table which seems closed the majority of the time if there are any clouds in the sky. It’s on a very busy street that is difficult to cross and very loud. Not near any of the larger attractions. The beach was not there due to high winds but there is a tiny little one when it’s calm. Overall, if you are just looking for a place to sleep this is good but for another other hospitality and amenities I would look elsewhere.

The bungalows are so nice and they feel like tree houses

Just a hotel that needs renovation imo, property is quite old. Staff is very complacent and unprofessional (not everyone just a couple) for a 4 star hotel.

My wife and I had the best time at this resort. The high level of service, cleanliness, location, staff and manager made our stay a very remorable experience. The manager took trime to meet us at our dinner table and we had a great conversation. The views are spectaculer and they upgraded us to a suite. It had breathtaking views and would definately stay here again. If you want peace and quiet without kids running around, this is the place to relax. I hated to leave this place. I will definately stay here again when visiting Koh Samui. The infinity pool was also great. Thanks management and staff for making our stay way above what was expected.

The property is old. They built the property onto the sand to give minimal beach space. Hot water is not consistent and despite complaining, it was not fixed. Plumbing is old. Private jacuzzi exists but the jets don't work and the tub is old overall. As we left, we got a call from the staff accusing us of stealing bath robes and a bag which we realized we weren't even provided. I would pick a different spot and hope they renovate before we try it again!

Amazing stay, pool and beach restaurant are a fantastic edition to the stay.
