Special shoutout to the very competent and courteous Filipino staff! The Filipino guy at the concierge desk was especially nice and helpful, going out of his way to help us and give advice on how to get around the city.

Room was big and clean. Staffs are courtesy and able to provide clear direction, especially on shuttle bus services.
There are some eateries nearby but on the pricey sides. Similarly at nearby Galaxy Casino, things are also pricey.
Downside is no direct transport to airport or port. Have to transfer from Broadway Hotel to nearby Galaxy Casino using the free shuttle bus provided.

The concierge Annie and Allen were very courteous and helpful. The room was excellent and overall the staff are friendly. The Filipinos working on the dining rooms were polite and helpful
