The staff was very courteous and helpful the room was okay, but the North tower is supposedly nonsmoking and the HVAC system is recycling air with cigarette smoke into the room.

Location & cleanliness were great! Our only complaint was we paid for an attraction view for both rooms and got a roof and parking lot view. Feel that should have gotten a partial refund for that.

The roo. Was clean tidy and a good size for 2 people to stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful with enquiries.. We vmmuch appreciate the stay, we loved Melbourne and will see you all again in a few months!
