I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next. I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know. I was very impressed by how kind and professional the front desk staff was. It made my visit very pleasant.

Great location. Staff very friendly.

The hotel was fine and within walking distance to the smaller market. Either the fault of Expedia or the hotel, breakfast was not included nor was the rooftop garden with the hot tubs. I chose this hotel for the photos of the rooftop hot tubs but they were an additional $22 per use. Disappointing.
