8.4/10 Very Good! (810 reviews)
The property definitely needed an updating. We won’t choose this place if we come back to Thailand.
The breakfast buffet and staff were great but that’s about all.

Kaohsiung (KHH) to Bangkok (BKK)
8.4/10 Very Good! (519 reviews)
The hotel was generally nice. But the Fitness room was not well maintained. There were 4 treadmills but only 2 worked. The other 2 were completely broken for my entire 2-week stay even though early on I asked the front desk to ask maintenance to repair them.
Internet wafted in & out. Numerous dropped phone calls. Mattress was a bit stiff but I've learned over the last 20 years this is common throughout East/Southeast Asia.
Other than this my stay was nice. Stand-up showers had strong water pressure, café was nice with breakfast buffet and beautiful views of the city and a very nice soothing Spa on the 14th floor.

8.6/10 Excellent! (511 reviews)
Staff were very nice.
Breakfast was excellent.
However the location was terrible and the room wasn't well maintained with outdated decor, bathroom and tv.
I also find it very predatory to list a room for a massive discount when clearly it was never worth the original listed price.
