Stayed here for 4 nights- two couples in two kitchenette suites. Location is great- close to a lot of shopping and trains.
Staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Plumbing was unacceptable- kitchenette faucet barely worked and bath faucet was not useful for much other than brushing teeth. Shower was ok but old step-in tub style. The A/C did not work well when we arrived, however they did get that working on day 2. We would probably not stay there again unless it was all we could afford.

Hotel corridors and hotel room smelled musty and stale. Carpet and draperies was out of style and gave room a moldy stale smell and were gross to touch. Poor ventilation in room and hotel corridors. Hotel elevator was small , slow and not up to current standards. Hotel elevator gave a claustrophobic feeling and was inadequate for the number of guest staying there. Hotel is in need of a serious update. Expedia advertise hotel as four star +, which is the reason I booked but the hotel was not even close to being a four star. The hotel was not a good value for the money and the breakfast was not worth what they charged. The staff was friendly but I will not stay there again. Room was supposed to have a city view but the building next door and their signage blocked any view. I felt that I overpaid for my stay and left a day early even though I had prepaid for an extra night. Expedia let me down with their description and review of this property. I felt cheated by Expedia.
