Staff were very nice. The hotel even provided a complimentary slice of cake for birthday. Hotel room is spacious, clean and amenities within the hotel was very good. Location is fantastic as well.

Room was still not ready at 3:30 pm but got free breakfast as a compensation. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was small, but it may be a general problem to Singapore.Swimming pool was nice-looking.

the breakfast was $$38 per person , i think that is too much and no halal options, but otherwise a decent hotel in a central location

Very rude staff. We arrived late in the evening after flying in from Australia and had an error in our booking. The staff and the manager were unfriendly and totally inflexible and unwilling to help. I had waited two hours after after long day of travel for the staff to contact management butt they still couldn’t help clear up the problem. I called expedia and they fixed the problem immediately but couldn’t reach the hotel staff as they were not answering the phone. I waiting for even a longer period for the hotel staff to help others while I continued to wait to check in. Despite expedia fixing the problem the staff was unsupportive and seemed annoyed that expedia made the correction. They were very much not willing to deviate from strict rules even in a situation when they could have easily fixed it in the computer.
