The hotel is very old and dated and had big cockroaches in the reception. It is unlike an international four points Sheraton Hotel globally and I was very disappointed and I would not personally stay there ever again.

The staff, especially the breakfast staff are top-notch with excellent variety and options. My family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay here. The pool, locker rooms, and gym area can use more attention and maintenance. However, the rooms, housekeeping staff for rooms are excellent and all other areas were much more than expected. I would definitely stay here again!
