I stayed in this hotel every time I visited Beijing, So it has come to feel like a home away from home. I liked that the hotel has a simple, clean and comfortable style. I want to especially thank a hotel staff named Mango. He was very sweet and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The staff were amazing at this hotel however before staying here I stayed at the regent and to be honest the regent felt more luxurious because of things like they had bath menu,pillow menu and free minibar which had wine etc and face masks . But to reiterate the staff were amazing and appreciated their touches for my engagement. But the hotel just felt lacking coming from the regent

I’m a bit of a hotel snob, and Kerry Hotel Beijing meet my expectations. It’s a solid international hotel with professional management, excellent service standards, and a genuinely customer-oriented culture. The Executive Lounge is one of the highlights. Food and drinks are served throughout the day, and the staff make guests feel genuinely welcome. It’s a great place to relax, work, or unwind while being well taken care of. Very nice gym as well. If you appreciate an international atmosphere, consistent service, and a well-run hotel, Kerry Hotel is an excellent choice.

Exceeded my expectations. The manager was very good.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff is phenomenal. They gave us great suggestions, helped when we had an emergency, and made sure we were taken care of. Elena and the whole team is great! The location is perfect! ~25 min walk to the Forbidden City and a 1 min walk to Wangfujing Street. My only critique is there are limited vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant. You’ll need to take a taxi to go to a large supermarket. Otherwise it was a great stay.
