The hotel was great, and the room was super spacious. Be aware if you want to use the outdoor pool you need to pay for it. It’s about 45 dollars per person. And the same for the sauna bath. That was a bit of a surprise. The indoor pool was free and you need to reserve both if you want to use them. The hotel is located on the bay and while the shuttle is great, if you miss it you have to wait an hour. Getting to the hotel by transit is super easy and takes about the same amount of time. There were a few restaurants to choose from which was nice if you don’t want to venture into Osaka but they are pricy. And there was a Lawsen in the hotel to get sandwiches and bring them back to your room
It was super family friendly, we were able to get a crib.
Overall it was a great hotel and we may consider it again. It was nice to unwind after a hectic time in Tokyo.

"We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed.
