We enjoyed having laundry in our room. Please note it is a washer and dryer and takes like 5 or 6 hours to run. The staff was always friendly. The subways was like 3 minutes walk. It was helpful for travel.

The room was larger than other hotels, the indoor pool was closed down and the outdoor pool was freezing I could barely put my foot in it. The buffet was just ok but I would not have paid the price for it. The absolute best part is you can walk next door to the spa complex in about 2 minutes. There was an earthquake the first night and I was on the 11th floor building is built for it and sways and I go an emergency text right away.
