One of their staff was not helpful. We were 2 adults and 1 child during the stay. However, they had just prepared 2 people amenities. When we asked for extra towel and pillow, the receptionist asked us rudely why we wanted it.
Besides, the room wasn’t in a good condition. The bathroom was stinky. The hair dryer was full of dust. The carpet was dirty and we weren’t dare to touch in bare foot.
