Room was clean and staff courteous. Besides being charged valet for 2 nights when I only used it once and the extremely loud noise at night from the rave across the street, it was fine

Nice hotel clean and near to shops

Very new hotel with potential. Had multiple issues with the door lock and there isn’t much noise dampening between rooms. We could hear thumping from kids jumping around above our room and could clearly hear the conversations from the next door room. Made it hard to sleep. Hope the hotel will make improvements.

Great customer service and spacious rooms

The washroom sink faucet had a very bad clog once we turn on the water. It took a very long time for the water to drain. Also, the left handle for the faucet sink wasn’t turning on and off smoothly when we switch it on/off. It was very hard to move the handle without moving the entire left handle where it’s also attached to the piece that’s mounted on the sink counter. My overall experience was less than 3 stars for these main reasons

Exceptional in every way! Service and facilities were superb,
