Kennet & Avon Canal Trail Waterpark Vacations

The location is really convenient. We got a very noisy room (011), and there are people outside from early morning making noise. The bed was not the best, and there's a bump at the header. The breakfast is good, but a little bit expensive.

I felt very comfortable, safe, and take. care of here as a solo female traveler. I definitely recommend getting the deluxe room and will plan to be staying here again. It helps the food downstairs at the pub is great too!

Great location. Bath robes would have been a nice addition.

The stars and service question and rating are subtly skewed as the hotel itself the staff was phenomenal and top tier. However, the restaurant staff on property for Luciano by Gino D’Acampo was utterly horrendous, waited 45 minutes for water refills and only received because I got up to ask for them, not much was done at all about the issue other then restaurant management making excuse of being short staffed, but she couldn’t be bothered to check on us or anyone else knowing that? We received a 20% discount upon checkout and lodging a more formal complaint in the lobby. We had reservations for two months and made it our last meal in the UK and couldn’t had been more disappointed or let down. The hotel nice, their restaurants, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The only downfall was we traveled an overnight flight from Boston to London. When we got there in the morning at 8 AM, our room was not ready till 3 PM. We had no place to rest or shower. That was the downfall.

Have stayed multiple times! Love the Ampersand, friendly staff, great rooms, excellent ac, very accommodating, I highly highly recommend afternoon tea

Wow! I cannot wait to return! What an incredible experience. Woke up from a nap and took a last minute visit to the Royal Mews. My room was so adorable.
