Overall the hotel is quiet and clean close to subway and bus. I went during summer time the AC is not cool enough when you first return to the room. They did offer to send in a fan to help cool me down.

Very comfortable and clean!

The location is amazing, right outside the train station. Breakfast is definitely worth the money. The staff here is excellent, especially Songmin Choi. She was very helpful, and her English is great, making communication super easy. She has excellent customer service skills and made me feel like I was staying in a five-star hotel.

The room was beautiful and luxurious with a nice view of the mountains. Situated close to a subway station. The Groceria on the ground floor (restaurant) had good lunch food. However the bathroom in our room smelled bad.

Fabulous hotel and in a fantastic location. Wonderful, professional staff. Beautiful room, immaculately clean, comfortable beds and a truly memorable stay.

It’s a good 5 star hotel, the only thing can be better is to have a much thicker bathtub and towels

reception is 24/7 and super friendly, the place is also conveniently located and has all the necessities you need - highly recommend!

Night market right outside but totally quiet. The espresso machine is a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.
