The staff at the lobby was amazing! There were plenty of them to help us check in two rooms for 6 family members and 13 pieces of luggage!
The onsite restaurants were a bonus especially traveling with elderly parents and a large group.
Thomas, one of the bell staff, was very helpful in directing us to the correct trains for a day trip to Kyoto and shopping Osaka!
Also, housekeeping was super-fast at responding to our requests!
We highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Osaka!

Excellent hotel. Clean with decent sized room and incredible views. Hotel is on the 19th floor upwards. Restaurant at the top of the hotel is also excellent with amazing views. Highly recommended
