Great stay at Lanou Hotel in Beijing! The location is fantastic—close to many popular attractions, which made sightseeing so easy. The front desk staff were super friendly and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. As a business traveler, I really appreciated the smooth experience. Highly recommended!

Clean room. Lobby was very disorganized, luggage everywhere and the check-in area was not clean, the staff pulled slippers, soap and toothbrush from a box stacked just behind them at check-in and gave them to us in a plastic bag to take to our room, this was very strange and was not what we expected for a hotel classified as 4 stars.

The hotel was wonderful.Free laundry room with all supplies needed.The room was large.Buffet was excellent.They do not serve dinner but there are great restaurants a few steps away.Also a 7-11 and Starbucks across the street.It was perfect.Subway station right there.When you call Didi they were there in 2 minutes.A short ride to most historic sites.

The staff was so accommodating and arranged our transfers to and from the Airport as well. We stayed in the club room which was very spacious really clean and fantastic value for Money. We certainly stay here again if we’re coming back to Beijing.

Firstly, I was booking non smoking room but it was smoking smell in the room while I checked room 1218, although I have double check with the staff before checking in. I talked about the issue to the front desk then asking me to move to 1607 ( non smoking room) on the second day. I have spent time to move this 1607 by myself. Finally, this room was ok. Secondly, regarding swimming pool, they asked the guest to purchase their swimming cap to swimming, guest cannot swimming without swimming cap. But no any notice to let us know while we booked the room regarding swimming cap. It was unreasonable request to the guest. We already spent decent money for staying this hotel, their services value must match their fees. Plus, the swimming pool is a third party operating not belongs pan pacific hotel Beijing. If we know this before, we would not book this kind of hotel. Should be clearly to the agreement otherwise will be deem breach agreement.Overall, the stay for this time was ok only. I hope that they can apologize for this unexpected experience. Thank you!

The hotel’s location is convenient for a short stay. It’s very close to the airport and there is a free shuttle bus that runs 24/7. It’s a fine place, but they just miss on some details. The staff is very polite, but they speak poor English and as a result you get different responses from two or more people. The breakfast is good. The dinner options are ok, but nothing special. The maintenance is ok, but the bathroom door didn’t close, because it was broken a long time ago and no one cared to fix it.
