The room was cooled but the hallway wasn’t. It was too hot not to have a/c on.

It was a good stay in almost all material ways save the semi permanent protest area with chairs tables and protest signs as a result of employee firings at the main entrance. One should be aware that there may be a large protest against the hotel taking place at the one and only pedestrian entrance to the hotel on a day of your stay (as was my case).

Every one is kind and perfect place to stay

Staff was very accommodating for our big group of 11 arriving early. Great central location within the city. 7-11 and Starbucks nearby. Train station steps from the front door to easily explore Seoul.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Just ok nothing special

The room was beautiful and luxurious with a nice view of the mountains. Situated close to a subway station. The Groceria on the ground floor (restaurant) had good lunch food. However the bathroom in our room smelled bad.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth. Highly recommend the breakfast. Amazing selection and food was well executed.

No, fluff hotel, but it works. It had a mini kitchen with stove top, fridge and sink. It worked well for us.

The property is perfect clean, amenities and location, little hard to find at first but once you get there is super easy after that!
