Hunter Valley Waterpark Vacations

The only issue we had was our first night we were told a $500 deposit had to be made before we got the key and our room wasn't wheelchair accessible but the second day was awesome perfect room change was exactly wat we needed

Staff, the BEST; clean room, great breakfast selection; went to the nearby shopping mall (Westfield East Garden) .

Check in was very accommodating and friendly. We were allowed to check in early. Staff were helpful and friendly. Very convenient location - near harbor, ferry, places to eat, and light rail was just in front of the property. Wear and tear is obvious as the property fixtures appear old and have seen much use. Not enough light in the rooms. Tapping and hammering were heard at 7:30AM near our room as if there was someone fixing something in the Housekeeping section beside our room - waking us up. There was an insect flying inside the room once the lights were turned off. There was a section in the hotel's parking where the birds roost and your car will be full of their droppings once you leave the premise. There is a need to improve here.

absolutely unforgettable experience! This hotel was truly incredible. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had entered another world. The beautiful racetrack, the amazing rooms, the breathtaking views, the unique equestrian theme, and the opportunity to see the horses and visit the stables made my stay something truly magical. Everything about this place is special. It is much more than a hotel; it is an experience I will remember forever. My sincere congratulations to everyone who created and maintains such an extraordinary place. If I could give this hotel a thousand stars, I absolutely would! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

3rd stay. Will stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and the best location. We had a very spacious room, very immaculate. The breakfast buffet was generous but as a berry lover would like to have seen some strawberries and blueberries. Staff was helpful but some were not too familiar with the city. All in all, had an enjoyable stay.
