The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, the room was super small. No kiosk to scan barcode at although my email stated they had one so I had to wait in line to check in. A bit noisy in the morning. Enough to wake me out my sleep.

I don't know what kind of room it was. There was no space for a luggage. Bathroom door was just a glass door with no locks. How would a person feel safe with their luggage and belongings if there's no space to keep anything safe?
Location is great but the stay experience was absolutely poor.

Hubby and I loved this beautiful hotel. Close to theaters and right around the corner from Times Square. We enjoyed the restaurant and the lounge. The servers at the restaurant could be trained better . Both times they messed up my food order. Same thing happened at the lounge and I’m wondering if it is a language barrier! If you have allergies ask for an English speaking server for safety. The room was cozy and the tub was perfect! Thanks for the upgrade and the champagne with my breakfast… for my birthday… how’d you know! We will stay here the next time we travel to NYC!!
