The customer service is beyond amazing, two rooms on each floor so it’s not overcrowded and conveniently located close to shops and train stations. When we visit again will definitely book and do recommend.

Staff was extremley helpful and professional. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. Our room was clean and ac was cold. We had the family swuit room. Hotel location is great, in between 2 stations and close to everything. Will Rent this place again shortly.

Very nice room, not much to do around the area. Quick walks to train stations, but if you're not getting onto a train, your options are limited. Property and rooms are very nice. No complaints besides not much "fun" around unless you get on a train, but they're close.

Staff was so helpful and friendly…really felt spoiled. The hotel is in a perfect location. Easy to walk to restaurants/shopping but far enough from the crowds. I will stay here again!

Excellent landing spot for our family of four on our first trip to Tokyo. Just the right amount of cooking supplies for breakfast in the room. This is in a quiet area of Ueno and very walkable to transit and small grocery shops nearby. Ueno Park was a great chill way to start getting acclimated to Tokyo.
