Polynesia Waterpark Vacations

We arrived very late and everyone was very nice. The room was clean. The only thing is I wish they told us a little more about what all the hotel has. Things that maybe included. This did not take away from out experience. I would stay here again if we would come back to NYC.

A perfect place to stay!!

The room was tired. Holes in the carpet. Blinds broken, not functional. Most staff were courteous. One middle aged gentleman at the front desk was rude, impatient. Acted as if a question for breakfast recommendation was annoying him. Doormen were helpful. I will not stay there again

Excellent location. It was close to all the things we wanted to go to. The lobby was nice. The staff extremely helpful! The option to store your luggage was a lifesaver. Our room was awesome and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Original "upgrade" was a strange space, (seemed half remodeled/half upgraded). Heat was "off" till outside temp feel below 50 F. I flipped out. $500 a night/no heat? They moved us after my complaint to a great room and we had a blast.

Room was clean and a decent size with a great bathroom, we had a free upgrade, all staff members we spoke with were incredibly kind and helpful.

A perfect place to stay!!

This hotel is absolutely amazing in every sense of the word. The staff were great, amenities are beautiful and well thought out. The housekeeping staff are incredible - they bring you cookies and water every night! The restaurant downstairs is incredible as well - I highly recommend paying the bit extra for complimentary breakfast. 10/10, our new go to hotel when staying in NYC.
