Outstanding. Definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I've been all over the world. The hotel room was perfect but what shined was the impeccable service. The Boston Harbor Hotel had an amazing staff who were personable, always available and willing to assist in any way. Truly a gem.

So luxurious with a fabulous staff. I had a very nice room with a terrible view of the top of a parking garage, but I still enjoyed the room! Top-notch service. Brunch options could be a little heartier, I’m a fussy chef! Truly enjoyed my stay!

Room was in good condition. Very old and shows the age but with adequate modern amenities. Very small room. Staff was friendly and helpful, chrome cast wouldn’t work in our room.
