Great location. Modern unit, very clean but starting to show some wear and tear. Check in efficient and communication good. Only annoying thing was they only gave us one key….a bit ridiculous when your apartment is on the 50th floor and you have a 2 bedroom apartment with four people in it.

We are very happy and satisfied with the service and the room. Will come again. Definitely!!

We were upgraded to a suite by the events coordinator. The space was ample , with a kitchen, living room, large bedroom, bathroom with a shower and a tub, and a large balcony with seating. All the furniture was comfortable, but the room was somewhat dated. The restaurant was terrific, and breakfast was wonderful. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel were beatiful and quite grand. However the guest rooms could use some updating.

Exceptional location as it is just a 5 minute walk to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC mall—super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining.

24 hrs front desk with all staff always provide good courteous service. Daily room service. Clean, breakfast fairly good. Location to access Chow Kit station 5 mints walk can go on Mono rail for many malls, attractions. Will go back again.
