The staff, beach, and pool were absolutely amazing. The rooms are very dated which makes them feel dirty even though they were very clean. The food is.. not great. I think it would have been better if it were hot and not stale. Every piece of bread I had was hard as a rock and all the dishes were barely warm.

Getting pillows/items took 3-4 calls
Buffet food typically more stale, cold, overdone, bland
Entertainment- everything starts so late- wish more items could be done earlier
When rooms cleaned- never left towels - didn't understand that (like there were literally no towels left in the room once they cleaned and they didn't leave any...??
Vendors on beach- HORRIBLE- every 5 seconds somebody asking to purchase items- it's ridiculous:(((
