This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially because we were traveling with our young child. This hotel is advertised as a non-smoking hotel, yet when we first entered our room, there was a very strong marijuana smell. We immediately reported it to the hotel and asked to change rooms. The hotel moved us to another room, but unbelievably, the second room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. At that point, we were exhausted and extremely frustrated. We were traveling with our child and simply wanted a clean, smoke-free room where we could sleep. Instead, we had to deal with marijuana odor in the first room and cigarette smoke in the second room. We ended up not sleeping at all that night. We also spoke directly with the manager. What was even more disappointing was the manager’s response. Instead of properly addressing what happened or offering an appropriate solution, we were simply told that they could upgrade our room if we stayed again in the future. That is not an acceptable response. Why should we have to return to this hotel in the future to receive an upgrade when we were already dealing with an unacceptable situation during our current stay? A hotel that claims to be non-smoking should not have guests dealing with marijuana and cigarette odors in multiple rooms. This was especially unacceptable with a young child staying with us. The entire experience was exhausting and ruined our night. The management’s response only made the situation more frust

The entire hotel was amazing. We had a complimentary snack bar in our room and the hotel concierge converted our money for free. The pool was lovely and the view was amazing. There was plenty to do in the area including food and clubs. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was always clean, and the room service was delicious. 10/10 visit and I highly recommend.

It's a nice property, quality for money, clean and has a nice location. Food is ok and the male manager provided a great recommendation on where to go. There is a maintenance during my stay and i was not able to get sleep and felt so tired during my stay. I also requested for an additional complimentary water and I was told that I have to pay 37K vnd. Other than that its a good property overall.

A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Mong Kok. My wife and I enjoyed the 40th floor room view. The pool, club lounge, pool and spa areas were all top notch.will stay again when in Hong Kong
