Only complaint I wish the Air Conditioner fan would stay on all the time . I have a hard time sleeping without the noise

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The see through shower made for some funny jokes between my friend and I.

It was a good choice, good neighborhood. Staff was nice and helpful, rooms are big for Manhattan. Water were not hot and we switched rooms. Some flies from the pipes.

So glad I found this place! We are Universal pass holders and the shuttle to the park is a major plus!

great staff, beautiful accomodations

I had a really great stay at the NU Hotel Brooklyn. The staff was incredible from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. The location is hard to beat. It’s extremely convenient, especially if you’re heading to the Barclays Center, which is an easy walk. There are also plenty of food options nearby, so you’re never short on places to eat. Parking in the garage next door was simple and hassle-free, which made a big difference. One thing that really stood out was the room size. For New York, especially at this price point, the room was surprisingly spacious. I’ve stayed in smaller rooms that cost more, so this was a nice upgrade in terms of comfort. The room itself was very clean overall. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom. It looked clean at first, but there were a few spots in the shower and above the mirror that could benefit from a deeper cleaning. Breakfast was okay. It gets the job done, but it’s nothing particularly memorable. This was a great stay. Between the staff, location, room size, and overall comfort, I’d definitely stay here again.
