Overall pretty good, its high level, lots of staff, maybee too many. Sometimes feels like your being watched too often. Overall good, plenty of breakfast options, dont like seats been chosen for us, but its normal in Japan so no main issues. Some ammenities still require further fees and extra taxes once at the motel is not good.

The entire staff were friendly and very accommodating. We were treated like royalty. Our room was clean with a beautiful view and walking distance to restaurant’s, mall, subway station, Dotonbori Street, and shopping.
