All the rooms were well managed, check in and out was no problem, there was a real family feel to the hotel, and above all else the staff were amazing. The coffee shop attached to the hotel is great (Thai Tea 10/10!) and we felt at home very quickly. Great value for money, can't fault anything - especially for the price paid. Extremely spacious, well stocked and a great view of the Andaman sea. It wasn't prime season and the resort was very quiet but the service was excellent. The room itself was dirty from the moment we walked in, and we ended up dealing with an ant infestation the entire stay. On top of that, we found a roach in the room, which was the last straw. "Wife and I had an amazing time at the resort, we stayed in a deluxe pool villa. Room was incredible, super private and very upscale. Resort was clean, staff were great! Only downside is that if you are staying for a week, you may get a little bored as the Island itself does not have a ton going on. If relaxing is your goal, this is the place!!! pro tip, skip the massage on property and walk less than 100' down the beach, they are a third of the price @ 400 baht for full one hour beachside...

"Fantastic high quality hotel, amazing rooms and amenities. Would highly recommend. Probably in my top 5 of hotels ever stayed in.
Breakfast was also very good, restaurants could do with some fans in high heat season.
