We had a wonderful stay at the Padam Hotel. The staff was very friendly and check in was smooth. We had a couple of cancelled flights, which caused us to arrive 2 days late. Mattais felt awful about the flights and even comped us breakfast for our remaining mornings. This was amazing! The room was clean and welcoming. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The balcony was great and had a nice view. I would recommend Padam Hotel to anyone looking to visit Paris and we plan on staying again on our next visit to Paris.

Really nice hotel, with good metro connections and very welcome air conditioning! The spa/pool was fantastic.

Very good Hotel

This hotel is definitely a 5 star hotel, by looks. The rest was horrible. Beautiful property but horrible service. I proposed on this trip, and was supposed to have flowers that I had arranged and purchased myself to be dropped off in the room by concierge/guest relations. The night of the proposal, we returned to the room, bed unmade, and no delivery of flowers in sight. After going to guest services, it took them an hour to find the flowers and even then, they were not sure that the flowers were mine. No compensation, no extras, just an “I’m sorry” at the end of it. Additionally, we had called room service for waters, they told us to call house keeping and hung up. We called house keeping, a minimum of 3 attempts, and nobody ever answered. Another occurrence was an employee came to the room asking something about the room. It was in French and I said I did not understand. The employee kept trying to ask, eventually got upset and walked away. For spending what some people make in a month or two on a hotel room for a couple of nights, the service needs significant improvement, and because of this experience, I am left feeling upset with my stay here.

Well located hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Air conditioning in the bedrooms worked wonders in the heatwave.

Rooms are very small, bathub/showers dont have curtains - floor and toilet gets wet. Air conditioner was ok.

Very good Hotel

We really liked the location, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The main drawback was that the rooms were quite small and lacked some basic amenities. The bathroom did not include shampoo or conditioner, and there was no iron available in the room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but a few additional amenities would have made the experience much more comfortable.
