The staff , including Isobel, Wolf, and manager Jason were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond in customer service. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book another stay here.

Really fab stay! Everything was perfect and we had no issues. Celebrated a special birthday and the staff left a lovely plate with cupcakes and a little message! Nice little touch. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, beautiful rooms and an exceptional breakfast. I would say the nearby tram stop had some sketchy ppl the evening tho. Overall would definitely reco.

Clean and well maintained

The hotel is truly lovely. The main lobby has many nooks to sit and read. The decor is eclectic, interesting, but more importantly the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The rooms are referred to as Lean. The linens are lovely, I appreciate that there is no carpeting in the room. Very large windows and a queen size bed. The room is on the small size however there is nothing lacking. The area is not great. Ideally if you are alone I would not be walking late at night. It is a short walk to the city centre where I felt very safe, with many many pubs and stores.

The staff was wonderful but the 5 star rating is a far reach even four. The priority is run down there is no concierge or bell hop. Aisling, Anthony and staff make is a nice place but I expected it to be higher quality for this rating

Gorgeous hotel. Definitely the top place to stay in Dublin. Easy walking distance from lots of good restaurants. Dining options a little limited at the hotel although the afternoon tea was fabulous.
