The staff were friendly, courteous and considerate of our traveling needs, such as luggage storage on the last day of our trip. The breakfast options were plentiful with a mix of brunch options. The breakfast staff were accommodating, professional and very kind. The rooms were comfortable, clean and provided daily options of green tea and coffee. The view of Kawasaki from the room was amazing!

Everything about this hotel is disgusting. From the suffocating smoke smell all throughout, to the super outdated rooms and smelly sheets. It’s awful. Do not stay here.

I was told to take my own trash out and that if I wanted housekeeping it would be an additional charge . Felt that I already paid my hotel bill it should have come with it .
