West London Ski Vacations

I chose to stay at this hotel because it was close to the airport, but I completely regret that decision. I don’t believe the room was truly clean. There was a lot of dust, the furniture was old, and the mini fridge didn’t work. That was especially disappointing because the weather was extremely hot, and I couldn’t keep my drinks cold. The housekeeping was not thorough. There wasn’t even any soap in the bathroom, so I had to buy my own. I had already informed the staff about the broken mini fridge, but nothing was done to fix it. From my experience, the hotel staff didn’t seem interested in solving problems or making guests feel cared for. The bath towels were very small and of poor quality. They didn’t seem fresh, and I honestly questioned whether the towels and even the bed sheets were being changed properly. The breakfast was just okay. I only had it for three days because it was exactly the same every morning. It became very boring, and some of the food simply didn’t taste good. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would not choose this hotel again.

Lovely little boutique in a perfect spot! Staff were so pleasant and welcoming. Queen rooms are small, but gorgeous decor, immaculately clean and zero noise. Would recommend!

Lovely stay as always, check in staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and they even provided free snacks for my infant baby. Super nice location too, needless to say.

The Miiro Templeton Garden is a fantastic, spotlessly clean and comfortable hotel featuring exceptionally friendly staff, located just steps away from Earls Court station.
