Ko Yao Noi Ski Vacations

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now , it is absolutely stunning. The staff are fantastic and are the reason we return year and year. See you again next time .

Nice room. Good service.

There were a few issues, but they were handled professionally and promptly. For instance, I ordered extra beer to my room and they sent warm beer. We all know how long it would take the refrigerator to chill them. They immediately dispatched a 12 pack of cold beer and exchange them. The previous tenant did not treat the safe. Property left it locked in the open position. Immediately a lady with a hand held computer gadget reprogrammed my safe. Everybody was friendly and helpful.

I was initially disappointed upon arrival because the physical property was not as depicted in the pictures. In the pictures it appeared to be surrounded a lush green space away from other properties. It was one of many properties in close quarters of others. The property was very compact. As time passed I came to enjoy the property. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I had some issues in the room that were quickly addressed. I was invited to sit down with Yasser, the front office manager, so he could better understand my issues and concerns. Those actions set the tone for the remainder of my stay. I came to appreciate the property for what it was, a beautiful property staffed by the nicest and most caring people. My room was very comfortable. The food at the hotel was very good with ample portions; breakfast, lunch and dinner.. The hotel was within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and things to do. There were lots of families at this hotel but that never became an issue as I was traveling solo. I would recommend this hotel.
