釜山滑雪之旅

房間很大，海景很美，可惜我們前一週臨時跟飯店聯絡要加一個人，導致到現場只能打地舖，但飯店沒通知。

酒店正對海雲臺沙灘，距離其他景點都很方便。前台員工Ms Kim非常親切，能以英語溝通，離開時也為我們叫了到機場的計程車。酒店自助早餐的種類也很豐富。下次如果再來海雲臺，我也會再來Shilla Stay 。

空間很大，附近機能極佳，有機會會再度入住

The hotel and the room were gorgeous. However it is not friendly to non- Korean guests, most of the staff have difficulties communicating in English and it is obvious that their facilities/ service are targeting Koreans like their in room dining system (QR code provided in the room) require Korean number. All those little things made our stay more tired. Overall, the hotel was really nice on the hardware side and had great spaces for kids to run around

房間面積大。煮食設備足夠，惟電器使用說明只有韓文，缺乏其他語言如英文、中文及日文。

這間酒店交通位置很方便，從南蒲站7號出口比較近及方便(有扶手梯)員工服務態度很好，房間整潔，景觀不錯。要改善的地方是洗澡欠缺浴帽，洗澡時去水很快，但浴室外容易積水引致滑倒，長者及小孩應多加留意！整體上都是完美的！

One of my favourite hotels I have stayed in so far. The room is stylishly furbished. The staff are very friendly and there is a convenient store right next to the hotel.

洗澡水溫、冷氣溫度穩定，房務員每天清潔房間，床也十分舒服 不過浴室門不能妥善地關上，會留有少少空隙 床邊只有一個插頭，而且有蓋，對於旅客使用轉插稍有不便，需要到書桌充電 USB充電孔不能充電 酒店樓下較多酒吧，人流較多
