We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. We got a suite and the room was huge compared to most rooms in Japan. It overlooked the river which was an added plus.

Excellent accomodation, clean, tidy, good amenities and quite comfortable. Bathroom just a bit snug but otherwise very good.
Excellent range to choose from for breakfast and had a choice of almost real coffee (automatice machine not barista) but best breakfast coffee yet in Japan.

Heat too hot, cannot adjust, room too small, elevator not available during morning, all elevators showed full and skipped. Waited for more than 15 mins until a service lift operated by the staff who asked us to join them.
