Cham Islands Ski Vacations

Our room has an amazing view and for the view alone totally worth booking for the cost. The hotel staff however was not very friendly and were not able to assist with a request to book a day pass. Very good breakfast and rooms were very clean and spacious.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean room, short walk to the beach. Complimentary breakfast had good variety. Spa and treatments were great, just a little noisy from outside sounds.

Hotel really clean, rooms are a bit small and no much privacy with toilet but overall is great hotel and staff very nice and polite

The view from the pool, rooftop restaurant and room was fantastic. The staff were amazing and so helpful, I needed an eSIM which was done for me. The food at breakfast was delicious. Awaken is a great place to stay

The view to the ocean is excellent, the food included with the stay is also excellent. Massage was really good. The price is good, with all the good amenities for customers. The lobby can use some improvement or upgrade, just to make it look & feel more luxurious.

We booked a room with the shower and no bathtub but they “upgraded” us to the room with the bathtub. Bathtub layout is terrible. It’s super noisy by the beach especially at night and weekends (lots of loud noises speakers, lion dance, partying etc). Water pressure is really bad, there is hot water to you just have to wait for it to warm up. Service is great, Location great by beach. Next to expat area
