Great location for exploring KL. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a double/twin for kids: Twin bed was in main bedroom so our double bed was in a literal box room. Pools and views are great. Breakfast took time to cook and limited.

Hotel and staff were excellent. I went for an evening meal and mentioned l had a cough and cold. Within a minute the staff brought me a pot of lemon tea , which was much appreciated

Rooms were large and staff accomodating and very helpful. It’s an old building ( not that you can tell from the outside) so maintenance is needed, ceilings, toilets, shower. Some older rooms can have stale stuffy smell. Cleaning can be hit and miss, but the staff will happily fix to try to help. Club lounge - I have been to a few and found this one to be just ok, breakfast was ok

Unfortunately we had a rather disappointing stay mainly due to the challenges with such long wait times for the lifts - we often had to wait 20+ mins - and noise throughout the night mainly from outside as the hotel is located in such a busy area. I had been concerned about the outside noise prior to booking and had requested a room on a higher level but this wasn't accommodated neither was the request that we have our combined group (which was over 3 rooms) to be on similar floors - made even more frustrating by the lift issue. Despite flagging a number of times prior to check-in there was no communication that as we had different room types they would be on different floors, which had we been made aware prior would have been helpful. The images of the view from the pool is also misleading if staying in the older tower as the view of the Petronas towers from the pool, the main reason for booking this property was completely blocked by the new tower.

I recently stayed at MOV Hotel in Malaysia and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The room was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I especially appreciated the clean common areas and relaxing environment. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, making the entire experience hassle-free. While there is always room for small improvements, my overall stay was very positive. I would gladly recommend MOV Hotel to both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable, affordable, and centrally located place to stay in Malaysia. I would certainly consider staying here again on my next visit.
