Close to Haneda, plenty of convenience stores around, many local eateries nearby that are delicious, room was super clean, well stocked with amenities, LOVE LOVE THE FULL HOUSEKEEPING - they do a super clean, top up of amenities, PLUS a full change of all the bedsheets. Daily towel change - including face towels. Third stay for us. Washing machine/dryer in the room was so awesome and convenient - well thought of with many hangers and rack for drying if you prefer to hang them up - the heater in the room will dry them overnight while you sleep. Many train stations near by to get to, Bonus was 2 stops to Ginza + Tsukiji Market. Totally nice vibe, not hectic crazy like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Definitely will stay again.

I enjoyed the stay an excellent staff

When we got there, they actually upgraded us to a suite. And man…it was AMAZING! Spacious, two nice beds and a long sofa, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom had two ports and a giant tub. We had four adults and one child (who is four) and we all just got fit into the suite. The location is close to subway stations, plenty of local restaurants and beautiful walks. When we come back to Ginza, we will be staying here again.

Staff was wonderful and courteous and polite. Strongly recommended to stay in this hotel. A truly a 5 stars hotel in Tokyo!

Overall is a nice property although it's a boutique hotel surrounded by giant others hotels, so , no exclusivity when you leave the room. The check out experience was awful at least, rude I would say and no excuses, no justification. So if you want a A experience in Tokyo forget about this facility!

Hotel room was small but clean and very central. Big issue was there was a large private function on the Friday night so we were not allowed bar access even though we were paying guests. They even gave us a tokens for free drinks but we could not access the bar. Next afternoon at 3 pm we went back to try to get a drink from the bar. Setting up for a private function again. Would not allow us access or even anywhere to sit down after a day of shopping. I think this hotel trades of style rather than function. Not great as a tourist hotel.

An impressive and elegant hotel with a wide range of services and amenities that are hard to find nowadays. Make sure to select a room on the "garden" side - you won't be disappointed.
