Great place to stay! I had a long layover and chose this hotel for one night, however I would’ve stayed longer if I could. It has a great view of the ocean, beautiful surrounding landscape, and close by shops and restaurants. No problem getting a taxi to and from the airport.

What a FABULOUS gem of a hotel !!! I almost don’t want to write a good review because I want to keep it all to myself. Incredible staff, super clean, and simply incredible design. A rare example of the hotel being actually better than the pictures. Bravo.

Room size is good, air conditioning is good. A good managed hotel.

Stayed for a week. Friendly staff. Room some dirt spot on wall but good overall. The gym is located next door long stay apartment and only one working treadmill and its a cheap one with limited incline.

Exceptional services by Edmund and his team from front desk. And great hospitality from staffs of executive lounge and all other hotel staffs. Housekeeping also makes our executive level room stay clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was good with variety and attentive service. Have a great stay as all the staffs are professional and show awesome hospitality.

The hotel is clean, the staff are great, breakfast is really good. The rooms are nice but very small and the room with two beds they are very small.

We have a big suite with 2 bathrooms, 2 big beds and 2 offices rooms so it’s very comfortable for 3 of us, especially it’s much easier to get ready in the morning. The amenities are great, the room is clean. and staffs attend to your needs by just texting them. It is very convenient if you want to find local foods to eat , MTR is next door, tram is just right in front. The only downside is that the side corridor getting to the hotel always has dirty puddle of water from a kitchen, and they are surrounded by the stores that sell dried seafoods so it does smell especially in the summer time. Though once you entered the hotel the smell is gone. This can be a downside to many. Though the hotel itself is an excellent day for the money. In HK you can rarely find hotels good for a family, this is one of the few hotels that delivers.

There is only security guard at night helping with self check-ins, a little inconvenient, but the staffs are very helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Interesting concept to have a communal kitchen and lounge. Laundry facility is definitely a plus. The only downside is, there is renovation going on 3rd floor while we stay, but the hotel didn’t blocked off the unsightly mess.

The location of the accomodation was excellent for accessing absolutely everything in Hong Kong. Air conditioning was amazing and cannot be faulted, the room was perfectly refrigerated. The size of the room was standard. If you’re not overly fussy you’ll be happy staying here. Reception staff weren’t overly helpful or communicative at check in, however we didn’t need to go there again until check out so it was a non-issue. The cleaning staff were lovely. The main two considerations in whether to book this accomodation or not would be that there was mould in the bathroom in the shower and around the sink, which is off putting, especially in a space where you cannot open the windows or avoid close proximity to it in such small quarters. The other is that the wi-fi was extremely unreliable and we couldn’t stream to the tv. We had an E-Sim, but without it our travel plans would have been extremely difficult relying on the hotel. If the wifi and mould issues were fixed I’d be giving five star reviews.
