Great location. Modern unit, very clean but starting to show some wear and tear. Check in efficient and communication good. Only annoying thing was they only gave us one key….a bit ridiculous when your apartment is on the 50th floor and you have a 2 bedroom apartment with four people in it.

Spacious and clean.. nice location

We were upgraded to a suite by the events coordinator. The space was ample , with a kitchen, living room, large bedroom, bathroom with a shower and a tub, and a large balcony with seating. All the furniture was comfortable, but the room was somewhat dated. The restaurant was terrific, and breakfast was wonderful. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel were beatiful and quite grand. However the guest rooms could use some updating.

The hotel is a good hotel but with a few changes could be excellent. The rooms are spacey with nice views and the beds very comfortable BUT the lifts are a total nightmare with queuing and overcrowding commonplace. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get our room cleaned once. Housekeeping seemed over loaded with too much work on. We called down for extra towels to use the pool and I’m still waiting for those! There’s not enough sun beds at the pool. We didn’t get to use one at all during our stay which isn’t ideal for a winter sun break! Breakfast is in the sister hotel next door which is strange because they won’t let you use the pool in this hotel…….

Perfectly location. Staff, amenities, and rooms were top notch. Room had tons of space to move around. Loved the separate closet. Kept our luggage out of the way. All the amenities were helpful. Played musical lights to figure them out which we finally did. Best part was breakfast. Lots and lots of variety. Staff went over and above to help with our needs. One of the staff member, Pravin was so sweet. He went to the market to get the fruit we wanted to try. How sweet is that! Will definitely stay here again in the future and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.
