Was cold at night and needed an extra blanket and pillows which were not available in room. I did not ask housekeeping for the second. Night. The thermostat adjusted itself down at Night. Others then difficulty sleeping. No complaint

The check-in process was smooth and fast, which I appreciated. Customer service was okay overall, but not very warm or welcoming. When asking questions, it felt a bit rushed, almost like staff might be annoyed, which could definitely be improved.
The bar area was actually a highlight of the stay. The bartender was great, and both the drinks and food in that area were really good. The room itself was small, but that was expected for the location, so no major issues there.
Overall, it was an average stay. I’m not sure if I would stay here again, but it wasn’t terrible either.

Great location. FYI early check in is $100 fee and if the room is not available the night before your stay you won’t be able to check in till 4pm which is very inconvenient
