Great service from check in to checkout. Very short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants. Easy access to transportation stations. Highly recommended. Surely book again this hotel for another visit.

Beautiful hotel

A family of 3 we did upgrade to a room with 3 single beds , very spacious and clean . We got an issue with our air conditioning, we called and staff addressed it and fixed right away . We stayed 4 days 3 nights ,, we check out 1 hrs later and they compensated with no extra charge due to air conditioning issues . The only things we found breakfast is good but same food every day . It’s ok nothing is perfect . We will stay here again if we do coming back to Seoul . Thank you

I stayed at Shilla Stay Guro for two nights, and the overall experience was excellent. Location & Value: The hotel is right next to the subway station, making commuting effortless. For a reputable brand like Shilla, the price point offers incredible value for money. Breakfast Buffet: Absolutely top-notch. The selection and food quality were so impressive that I didn't even need to eat lunch after having breakfast here. Exceptional Staff: All staff members were very friendly and welcoming. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Annie, who truly made my stay memorable. She was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always greeted me with a warm smile whenever we crossed paths. The room was clean and comfortable, and I will definitely be staying here again on my future trips!

I had a fantastic three night stay at this property. The executive level room was perfect - the breakfast buffet came in so handy and the food was absolutely delicious. Happy hour in the executive lounge was also so wonderful to have when I didn't have the energy to go outside and explore - and the views of the city were incredible. I really enjoyed the outdoor pool and pool deck time, although was disappointed that it wasn't integrated with the rooftop bar. They are also very strict about the time limits on the pool The gym was well appointed and I made use of it several times - excellent selection of weights and cardio machines. The room itself was incredible - blackout blinds and perfectly silent rooms made sleeping easy. The giant bathtub was such a wonderful perk and I used it as much as I could. Only a 10 minute taxi to Seoul Station and well situated to access transit routes as well. Would definitely stay here again.

One elevator from ground floor to hotel lobby on the 5 th floor was disabled. It was not quickly fixed. Very slow and with groups of people too numerous to fit in the car. So, it took 2 or 3, trips to get upstairs to the lobby. This is more a reflection on the building owner rather than the hotel. Breakfast was well worth the cost. Good selection. Food presented well. Tons of selection.
