Super kind and considerate personal. They even have cloth washer and dryer. The rooms are small but I guess normal for Singapore. The hotel is very clean.

Wifi is terrible. Not possible to work from your room. Asked staff for help to fix wifi and was told it would be fixed but it didn’t happen. Went down to reception to book extra nights unexpectedly and was told to do it online. Pool is great for kids. To use the playrooms you need to pay for 2 of the 3. Despite writing ‘Prawn Allergy’ on the room service, Prawn crackers were added to meal twice. Locations is great with easy access to China Town and 7/11 next door for the bits and pieces. Comfortable beds, great sheets and pillows. House keeping are excellent.

The only thing that could have been better is the pool, which has an amazing view but it was very cold, they don’t have a heating system and it was pretty uncomfortable to swim. But the hotel is very clean, beautiful and unique. location is great, a lot of restaurants, shops around and also a bus station right in front of the hotel. I would like to mention their breakfast which was delicious and fresh. It was a buffet with multiple meals choices for every taste. I’m not a breakfast person but for that one I was just running there in the morning.

Good location. A MRT station is in front of the main entrance of the hotel. A shopping mall and a food market are just on the opposite side of the road. Very convenient to every part of Singapore. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. However, the room temperature was too low but the air conditioning system cannot be adjusted. Even the friendly staff were not able to help.

This is a fairly budget hotel. In fact, I'd barely call it a hotel - it's really a motel. Rooms are relatively small and everything is dated. Beds & pillows were uncomfortable.

The room was ok. There was furniture which was not so functional but super decorative which was blocking the view. Coffee machine was super confusing and had to get someone to show us how to work it out. The hotel is amazing, but rooms are kinda old and outdated.
